"I have hosted several catered holiday parties and can honestly say that my most recent party catered by En garde Catering can only be described with superlatives! Many of my guests have been to one or more of my previous parties and concur with my assessment. The food was delicious and the presentation was both unique and breathtaking. In addition to the quality of the food and clever presentation, the service was professional, yet friendly, which was a great add for myself as hostess and for my guests. En garde took care of everything so that my time could be spent with my guests and with no concerns about food or drink. En garde also facilitated the planning process by suggesting the menu items and a theme (Christmas carols) and tying everything into the theme. Clean-up was performed quietly and completely, ending the experience on the high note on which it began!
